Because we are a faith based ministry...
1. You assume the same responsibility as you would if you purchased a used vehicle or borrowed one from an individual
2. Our vehicles are older, with higher mileage - they may not be as reliable as newer rentals
3. We try to take care of major repairs when vehicles are at home base, but we cannot guarantee their performance
4. Your maximum repair responsibility will not exceed $500/event (as approved by MCF)
5. In case of a total non-repairable failure, we assume no responsibility for your continued travel needs
6. We cannot ensure that the vehicle you are initially assigned will be available upon your arrival. We frequently have to reassign vehicles due to mechanical problems and return delays by a previous client

Our standard policy does not provide transportation to our office for pickup of a vehicle. However, arrangements can be made if no other alternative can be found. In the event you need this service, please contact MCF of SC by email following acceptance of your application. Instructions for meeting our volunteers will be provided via email prior to your arrival. Otherwise, you will need to make arrangements to come to our office.
We have a team of dedicated volunteers who, with critically limited funds, give hours of attention to maintaining these vehicles . We try our best to provide you with a reliable, comfortable, and nice looking ride.
